The Eudora School District is seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Head Building Custodian at Eudora High School. As the Head Building Custodian, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our high school campus, creating a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all areas within Eudora High School, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Ensure the school premises are sanitary, safe, and attractive for students and staff.
- Supervise and lead a team of custodial staff, providing guidance and support to achieve high-quality cleaning standards.
- Collaborate closely with school staff and administration to address facility-related needs or concerns.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on best practices in custodial services.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality custodial services.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events when necessary.
